no chat, no shilling, just a pov video of a parkrun at 4x speed so you can get an idea of the course. the guy's done 100s of videos of different courses now.
He's jeffing it from the very back of the field. I played one video and had to watch it on 3x the uploaded speed. Kind of useful for seeing course surface, turns etc but no idea how busy it is working your way through as a faster runner lapping people. That's the bit I'm interested in when people upload parkruns.
Running PoV vids with no commentary are a dime a dozen, and seem to be the modus operandi of the autistic running space who perfect the art of filming everyone but themselves. Most of them are also called Matt or Mark, oddly enough.

Ben Parkes has hit middle age now. He gets a mixed reception on here but I think he’s one of the least obnoxious YouTubers and has brought a lot of good to running.

There are a few creators/videos out there of people doing this but definitely more parkrun content is middle/back of pack runners filming pov
I'm just surprised Floberg hasn't found sirpoc...or has heard of him. Guy has legit talent but if he's training dumb I'd love to how fast he'd get if he did something like NSM. Again, it may make his ego even grow larger though...so maybe not lol
You seem to assume Floberg has made any attempt to understand running other than read Pfitz. He is not interested in running. He is interested in the grift
I’m not American nor do I know C.Miller. However, I just looked her up. 2:52 marathon, very respectable. Good looking, of course. Physique wise, she’s clearly lean and happy with it which she’ll be content with. From an outsiders perspective, being that lean doesn’t automatically mean attractive nor does it mean they’re healthy. For me it’s not attractive but I’ve communicated that in a respectable way here. People recently making foul remarks on people’s partners looks etc need to do better. That’s where it gets personal and unfair. Anyway, keep up the forum.
Isn't she the one who also is a med student? I think she's one of them, bright, successful, fast, etc. I'd be curious to know how they balance it all. Not going to comment on her looks, etc.
I'm impressed that these fast runners get it done--they must thrive on 3-4 hours of sleep. I know Felicia Pasadyn (stairmaster lady) was super-fast and going to med school, etc.

I never knew people could be such sheep and praise an egotistical scam artist. How is no one calling this man out more majorly for scamming people for run coaching at like $150 monthly when he trains like a monkey himself and truly has no idea how to structure anything logical. All of the runners he steal money from would be better off just following a normal Daniel’s or pfitzinger book.

I mean it's just absurd to argue otherwise: she's attractive. She's hotter than 95% of women on earth, quite easily. There is no random sample you can take where she isn't hotter than 19 out of 20 women.

People can discuss if they find C. Miller attractive - total up and down votes 20. Also ok to discuss RTJ's sister being attractive, Flobergs wife, etc., still normal number of votes. However, someone says Fenton and his video/business partner look like brother and sister and that crosses some line of taste allowed on here and the posts get over 60 votes? Weird take. Anyway - to clarify - Caitlyn is attractive, but Parker Valby and Keely are both much better looking. And RTJ's sister is hot too, but not Parker Valby or Keely hot. He should put her in more videos, instant upvotes I bet.
Utter drivel from Stephen 'Film My Run' Cousins in his latest reactionary video today. He claims a significant factor in Ourea Events, a large UK trail running company, going bust was that they 'excluded' some entrants with their plant-based offerings. Lest we forget, this is the same Stephen who runs marathons on a banana and ultras while swigging Huel, then wonders why his body capitulates and he ends up walking 60% of the race.

Mark my words - by the time he hits 28, RTJ Jake will barely be able to walk, let alone run. The lad has been doing some serious damage to himself over the last year.

Listened to him on a road to podcast today and he said he loves the criticism as it means he’s having a further reach etc and things were too positive before so any fanboys crying about people questioning him here can at least accept even the lad himself wants it(though based on his clap back to calum on strava i am not sure thats genuine).
