PSAC Preview:
1. Edinboro - Arthur, Brenner, Field, Hahn, and Niemara form the most formidable top 5 in the PSAC. They will win here, at regionals, and then look for a top 10 finish at nationals.
2. Slippery Rock - My Pre-Season favorite has had an excellent season thus far. Weiss and Reagan have been the 1-2 punch everyone expected. Bluman and Geddis are also running well. However #5 has been trouble. Can Ulrich & Co. close the gap on the top 4? If so we might have ourselves a great race. If not, in the words of my favorite Kazakhstanian: not so much.

Looking at Edinboro\'s depth they will probably put their entire 9 in the top 40, also Haven will probably have more than 5 in the top 40 also because their top 7 is all so close together. Also eventhough slippery rock does have a gap between 4 and 5, their 6 and 7 will probably end up top 40 also...thus not leaving a lot of room for other teams.

I remember it was the same crappy conditions in 2004. I fell twice. Oh how Psac's and rain are almost synonymous.
oh and as for beards, us runners tend to rock them from time to time cuz cross country is such an untame sport full of crazy people.
