You’re a distance runner. You know where there’s smoke, there fire. We are experts at this stuff.
It’s completely legitimate to be suspicious of Chokervic. To think he’s a mega doper, even.
Ill note that well regarded tour pros accusing Chokervic is evidence, finally
I was a tennis player long before a distance runner. Frankly, I think every single one of them in the modern era is suspicious, including Federer who got a second wind at age 35. In fact, what indicts Djokovic the most is the fact that he’s STILL playing extremely well in the world’s top ten on the cusp of 40. That is abnormal. But none of this undermines his GOATness. And it certainly isn’t “evidence.”
This is LRC. We are never wrong about doping. Chokervic is one of the more obvious, but I do agree a lot of tennis players are on the sauce - they have very little doping control.
I don’t have to live with anything, other than the knowledge that you’re wrong on every account, and you lack the balls to state who the actual GOAT is and deliver a well reasoned rationale to support it. Understood.
2600 bro and I ensnared bystander already. You can drop it. He wouldn’t even answer a basic question when he said he wouldn’t
“Don’t know, don’t care” will go down in history. Perhaps the greatest flustered seething and petulant departure from a COVID thread since Facts Matter.

In other words, you lack the courage. Got it. Thank you for the affirmative confirmation default that Novak is the GOAT.

Chokervic is definitely the worst, however.
Yeah the hand wringing over doping accusations on Letsrun is just hilarious.
Of course, all evidence must be considered. I am not a slave to dogma like some. Unfortunately for your boys they are still glowing.
Hey, I give you credit for at least stating an opinion on Federer as goat. That it’s based on nothing more than he had a beautiful game, a beautiful Rolex, and you don’t *think* he doped to the level of the other guys is at least something, far more than Harambe was capable of.
Chokervic was late to the “big three” so he farmed a lot of wins as Federer and Nadal declined.
I think your hang-up has nothing to do with the statistical facts regarding tennis because you consistently make arguments in denial of them. Partial proof of this is demonstrated by your failure to name who is the GOAT. You know that no other player has the statistical (factual) strength of Djokovic so you simply fail to name this non-existent person. "Not Djokovic" is not a valid answer and we all know it, including you.
Incidentally, I provided several statistical proofs that the era(s) where Djokovic was dominant were the strongest. "Dudes like Kyrgios" is pathetic and lame as an argument. He played him 3 times. Yawn. The people Djokovic played the most were the other contenders for GOAT status and he's got the edge on all off them.
Djokovic Head-to-head vs Every Slam Winner since 2005
Rafael Nadal 31–29 (the most prolific head-to-head in tennis history) Roger Federer 27–23 Andy Murray 25–11 Stan Wawrinka 21–6 Juan Martin del Potro 16–4 Marin Čilić 19-2 Daniil Medvedev 9–5 Dominic Thiem 7–5 Carlos Alcaraz 5–3 Jannik Sinner 4–5 Safin 0-2
Incidentally, nearly all the above players and virtually all the former GOATs as well as the best experts believe Nole is the GOAT.
Djokovic is the GOAT of tennis.
Your reasons for being in denial are unrelated to tennis.

Yes he was late to the party against Nadal and fed. So he was naturally better as they were aging out.
All the other names on the list are far far weaker.
Exactly my point. Chokervic got most of his wins without having to go against another GOAT contender. He farmed a weak era. Your stats show that precisely. Cheers.
If I said LeBron was the goat, or Jordan, people would disagree with me. We may argue for a bit. But they wouldn’t drag a thread out to 1000 posts because they were enraged I didn’t agree with them.

Odd
Nope, the point is precisely that you HAVEN’T said who is the goat, only who isn’t. So it’s not even remotely the same argument. Ultimately, you don’t because you can’t and you certainly can’t corroborate it so the debate is disingenuous from the get-go. Exactly as you prefer it.

Good point. If I had said LeBron wasn’t the goat you wouldn’t do 1000 pages either tho.
This Chokervic guy really gets you going it seems.
