Travis from Idaho, Harmon from Wazzu, Kevin Lasure from Arts and Crafts, and Benji on staff as a courtesy hire (BSU rules state you must interview one person within the university)
There’s a name left off of this list that makes me think that none of this is correct.

I definitely understand and agree. This thread just isn’t the place for it. It’s for job openings. If we want to make a thread about colleges who choose to compromise their student-athletes safety for an easy hire then make a thread about that. You can also make a thread to bash the coach, hell make a thread to bash the untruthful student-athletes as well if you want. But here is for opening positions. Not to talk bad about a colleges decision or make claims about a coach to defame them. Just my two cents.
How about just staying in your lane and not bashing on anyone! 99% of the time you all just "hear" rumors about coaches and want to share them on here. Just stop with it! If you have coached long enough you know all it takes is 1-2 athletes not to like you and it's over if they want it to be! It is happening all over! It's entitlement and AD's will let you go to save their job! Just stop bashing coaches on here and talk about jobs! That is what growing up looks like.
Because culture and student safety is irrelevant when working in higher ed, apparently.
yes. he was totally serious when he said those things. Not in any way a joke. So we must protect the physical safety of these students. He absolutely might choke an athlete on his team. Thank you all for helping us protect these students you are doing the lord’s work

Speaking of jobs, got a job for you!! Instead of ruining this thread, look up jobs here instead:

Kevin is not part of that group of four for Boise
That would lead me to believe that if 3 of these names are correct, then the 4th name that was left off has to be the favorite to get it. I have a hard time seeing the HC from the team that was last in both genders at PAC 12’s and the HC from a team that managed 4th and 7th place finishes at Big Sky to be real candidates.
MEDFORD, MA (May 28, 2024) – Director of Athletics John Morris announced today that after nine years with the Jumbos, Joel Williams has stepped down as the Head
Yale Athletics has announced that David Shoehalter, Mark T. Young '68 Director of Cross Country and Track and Field, is retiring at the completion of the season.
Seeing a TON of athletes from North Texas in the portal. Usually when I see this a program is getting cut. Not trying to cause any problems here but has anybody heard this?
With the NCAA settlement stuff coming down the pipeline.... wouldn't the Boise State job be kind of sketchy?
I feel like power conferences and non-football mid-majors are in the best spot to absorb this. Conferences like the Mountain West, Mid-American, etc. seem like they will be the most impacted. Basically it's a gun to their head on if they choose football or the other sports.
