I think it's way too early to comment on how Trump is handling this.
The president really doesn't do much at this point except sign some papers.
But we will eventually be able to tell how prepared his team was to handle things. That was Bush's problem. He put someone totally unqualified in charge of FEMA and they completely failed.
I haven't seen signs of incompetence as of yet. But like I said, it's way too early to judge.
