The statewide vote was certified yesterday, and the state's electors have already been appointed. It appears that, at least with respect to certification in PA, that this order is meaningless.
And the fact that this challenge to mail in voting, which has been used in PA for a couple of years, comes 3 weeks after Trump lost, suggests that it is about as frivolous as every other attempted legal challenge by the Banana Republic crew. Don't get your hopes up, I'd hate to see your hopes dashed again.
