doesn't have to be true for the Rs to use it to scare people. R's main tactic is always to scare people. This 'elections are rigged' business is just one more example of R scare tactics.

The founders didn't prepare for Democrats who knew they were losing to cheat via electronically among other ways. You forgot to list that part. What’s in the best interests of their party was certainly not in the best interests of the elected Republican, the individual. They care about re election only which makes them scared to death of parting from trump. The Ted Cruz types IMO are straight up masochistic. They even welcome personal insults from the leader, who called his wife ugly several times and dished out some nice names for him too. Bootlickers through and through. But the voters love it and bring them back every time.

I created a Parler account this morning and have spent the last hour or so looking through it (pouring rain so decided to bag my run).

The previous comment seems dead on from what I can tell. Lots of hatred for the GOP for not “fixing this mistake”. This country is in a lot of trouble...

Yes it is. The desperation from trump supporters is either going to boil over or they will just give up on politics. I think it will be the former since they live in constant fear. They gave the GOP the go ahead to continue supporting the hate machine. But if the GOP loses the Senate because of Georgia then they will have to reconsider their strategy. I doubt it though.

That is a very harsh post, but I have to say I agree with it. I have had my frustrations with those on the far right in other elections but I have never lost as much respect in the past as I feel now for diehard Trump supporters. This is particularly the way I feel toward educated, well informed Trump cult members. (I give a bit of a pass to ignorant simple minded Trump cultists who are easily manipulated.) For intelligent people to pretend that Trump hasn't made a mockery of truth and our government reflects so very poorly on them.

Relating to the first few posts in this conversation, Trump has helped the Republican by ratcheting up the hatred for democrats and firming up participation of the base and getting nonpolitical people involved in the hate democrats movement.

If Trump was a simple conman we could deal with him and he wouldn't be so bad. But he is a conman with a severe character disorder. Not only is he severely narcissistic but he has delusions of grandeur exacerbated by elevated hostility and what I believe are sadistic urges.

His damage is our country is not over yet.

As I have said for at least a year and a half now, there are only two reasons to support Trump:

1) JUST stupid...and to be clear, not just a LITTLE bit stupid...it's full on moron.

2) Racist.

There are no other possibilities.
