I'm no businessman, but paying $44 billion for Twitter and then having it lose 71% of it's value under your watch doesn't seem like good business to me.

Pence and Harris are a contrast in styles as VP. For some inexplicable reason, on January 6, 2021, Pence decided not to count the alternate electoral certificates that were handed to him by the Trump administration. He refused to do his Constitutionally mandated job. You can see why so many MAG@s that wanted to hang him that day.
That is not something that Harris is likely to do as VP. Come this January 6th, I think that Harris will do her job and open ALL the electoral ballots, and determine which ones are valid for counting purposes. The Constitution assigns that power to the Vice President as the ultimate arbiter in situations where alternate electoral ballots are presented.

I assumed he was referring to Musk's lawsuit against "Media Matters", the left leaning non-profit media watchdog group.
Musk doesn't need to win the lawsuit and probably won't. He just needs to make their legal defense prohibitively expensive for an organization with a annual cash flow of a couple tens of millions of dollars in order to intimidate them and others so inclined against calling out his BS.
This is a strangely common theme for "free speech warriors". They don't take criticism well.
