I do know a lot of people who were disgusted by the scenes you could find in videos online of people getting shoved and harassed.
I don’t know a lot of people who went to BLM marches, but the ones I know were the sort you saw videos who would be handing water out to police officers or standing in front of a target to prevent looting, or screaming at others to stop vandalism.
and the only couple of those I heard from on the matter expressed exactly what I and other people I know did when we heard about those Mototov cocktail throwers being punished: they considered that justice being done for appalling and illegal action.
Sorry but there is another thing happening here. Conservatives have become unable/unallowed to express their points of view publicly anymore. It is driving them underground in a way liberals have not been - just look at who leads most public protests to see this. Until that imbalance is corrected, we should expect more of this.
Do you actually believe this? There are dozens of mainstream conservative news channels, magazines, and newspapers, hundreds (if not thousands) more solely online. There are giant conservative megachurches everywhere. Conservative pundits are all over social media. In this day and age of constant media consumption, how can you honestly say either side is being silenced?
