The most accurate conversion for all runners (including those living at altitude) is the official NCAA conversion table. For higher altitudes (5,000 and up) it does make a huge difference in the distance events even if you live at altitude.

I didn't expect they'd beat Jesuit LA but for some reason people have been really underrating Marvin Ridge this season. I guess its because they dont have anybody thats going to run with the leaders of these large races and rely more on pack scoring. They were 7th at NXR SE last year on a day where one of their normal top scorers finished last on the team and over 80 seconds slower than he had run at Wakemed earlier that season. They weren't far off qualifying last year if he had a normal performance and they return 6 of those 7 guys this year.
They lost to Knoxville Catholic earlier this year at Adidas so i think Knoxville should be considered the favorite for 2nd spot this year at NXR SE but Marvin Ridge is right there.
