Or his comments about Greenland, or Panama, or Canada. Oh, and let's throw in the fact that he never said, "I plan to nominate COMPLETELY unqualified and character deficient people for my cabinet."

On the other hand, it's absurd, because OF COURSE that Senator knew that by even CONSIDERING being in Trump's cabinet, Rubio was telling the world whether or not we'd see the "reasonable," "that's a defensible pick" side of him.
As we know, Trump I had non-Trumpers in important positions. They're ALL gone, and every D Senator knew that when they were voting.
