The Republican use of the term "voting irregularities" to justify continuing frivolous lawsuits and delaying the smooth transition of power is worth closer examination.
The republicans are trying to conflate the term "voting irregularities" with the idea of evidence of significant voter fraud potentially affecting the election. These ideas are miles apart.
Voting irregularity is a very subjective term that can refer to voting practices that are different from past voting practices. More people voting by mail and more democrats voting by mail, when compared to past voting patterns is "irregular".
It provides NO suggestion of voter fraud. Voting irregularity has nothing to do with fraud particularly when it has a good reasonable explanation. Its use has been simply manipulative and inappropriate.
