Of course it would be easy to prove if you are willing to reveal your identity. Just post a link to the real estate listing along with a picture of something convincing (like a water bill) that has the address on it.

The reason I initially posted on here with an anonymous username was because I would contact the other guy privately with my registered handle if he was truly interested in taking a look at my house. I've never revealed what city I live in with my registered handle and don't want to start now.

Only after he started being prickish did I start trolling him (never with any untruthful statements though) with things like his obsession with (gasp!) stairs. [queue spooky music]

I was truly trying to help him out in the beginning.

Initially I was not too concerned. Trump has no real evidence and I figured he was playing this game for the base and nothing could come of it.

But the longer this goes on and the degree that all of his sycophants are marching in line on this, and his replacement of pentagon generals and knowing how desperate he is due to legal complications I am getting a little concerned.

The other reason for concern is past experience. When ever I expected only poor immoral behavior from Trump, no matter how little I expected from him, I have always been surprised because he ended up going even lower that I thought possible.

Legally trump doesn't have a leg to stand on, so there would have to be a clear and concerted violation of the constitution for him to stay in power... basically a coup. The main difference is that while in the past almost everything could be argued in terms of the president's privileges, a coup would represent a leap into a dark side the US has never been to. The worst I think it'll get is Trump and a few higher ups thrown in the slammer for treason. These other enabling individuals would presumably be in the same situation as him - having committed serious violations and needing to shield themselves via trump. With the recent replacements of top positions I do think trump is actively trying to convince others to have his back all the way to the end. One thing I am absolutely sure about, we will never see the GOP or right wing media do a 180 on trump or trumpism. That would be their end.

The one thing I really liked about election week was how smoothly everything went. There were no complaints from trump until exactly the turning point after Tuesday. Everything was perfectly run across all states until it started to look like he could lose, then there were only serious issues in the states he started to lose. It's all so stupid and clear that it's hard to even make fun of it effectively.

Trump's plan might be sow enough discord that the stuff "in the courts" keeps the states from certifying results. Thus they cannot declare a winner in time... thus Biden's team can't get rolling before January... thus as January 20th approaches Trump can claim that the election is still up in the air and postpone any transition.

.Trump is executing on a marketing plan. He is making himself into a big man - the only president ever to scare people into thinking he would not vacate the WH.

All 'worry about the republic' talk is exactly what he wants. He sits in his bedroom doomscrolling the Twitter, waiting to see the next scared Democrat. He bathes in the fear and considers it respect.

All this will just make his next commercial venture more sucessful. You can't buy this kind of publicity.

All this is to say he won't be in the WH 1/22/21. In fact, I'd be surprised if he comes back to DC after Xmas.

I used to buy into that as well, especially early on in his administration, but to me it became obvious quickly. He's not playing any sort of game, there's no grand plan.
