I will go halfway with that too. Where I draw the line though, is that there are different ways too phrase things to get the same point across. It you pick a way that annoys someone and you don't have to pick that way, its probably not by accident.
That said, please don't change any way that you post. No one wants white bread boring posts from Flagpole.
I appreciate your willingness to work with me here, but I just post facts and the truth. There really aren't too many different ways to present facts and truth, and if I were to try to avoid annoying one person or group of persons by not saying it a certain way, then it would likely annoy another person or group of persons.
I post facts and truth. If someone FEELS annoyed by what I post, that is on them. I am not responsible for people who have a lack of self awareness.
well ok I hears you well. But seriously, there's not a huge difference between 'I don't care about my threadmates' and 'I don't care if I annoy my threadmates.'

This idea that I don't think I could ever be wrong about anything is bogus. I have proven and admitted time and time again that I was wrong about things...mostly predictions. A while ago I started typing "I apologize unreservedly" when admitting to being wrong about something just so I could easily pull up examples of when I had done so. Go search this site for "unreservedly" and you will see. I submit to you that I have admitted being wrong to things here more than you have.
Also, I didn't say I didn't care about others. Do you not read and comprehend? I said I didn't care if what I say annoys you. I explained this properly to agip, so go read that.
This is rich.
I say you can never think you are are wrong, among other things, and you come back and vehemently argue my point. Which in fact makes my point.
INCORRECT! Dude, you say I never think I am wrong and then I give you the way to prove that your statement is incorrect. You don't get to decide that because I disagree with a falsehood of yours that that means I don't admit to being wrong. I actually have to BE wrong before admitting to it. You often make good points, but brother, you fail big time here.

I didn't think trump and others would want to be humiliated with forced removal, but I think they do want it. They've been convincing 70m people that the election was stolen. Watching them get forcefully escorted out will be confirmation that the deep state is against we the people. They will be furious watching their dear leader treated this way. FOX will monetize it. The GOP will use it to secure votes. We might see trump getting physically removed from the WH.
I would like to know what the legal ramifications are to having to be forcefully removed. That seems like treason to me if you refuse to accept the results of the election to the point that you will not leave the White House. I mean, it seems against logic to assume we just escort Trump to the curb and then just say, "Have a nice day".

I would go so far as to say Trump WOULD have won if he didn't so badly mishandle COVID-19. Allan Lichtman said Trump had only 4 keys against him before COVID-19, and he gained 3 more, which is one more than needed to lose, because of his mishandling of COVID-19. I agree with Lichtman's assessment there.
So there are two versions of that "what if" game.
1. Would Trump have been re-elected if he did a better job on covid?
2. Would Trump have been re-elected if covid never happened?
The answer to #1 is that Trump was just incapable of doing a better job on covid. So it's really not that interesting. Trump will always be true to his own nature.
The more interesting question is #2. If covid never happened, how would things have played out? I tend to be more optimistic for the Democrats on that one.
As it was, Democrats barely ran a campaign at all. There were no big rallies to support down-ballot candidates. There were no armies of door-knockers to meet the voters face to face. Republicans did do all these things, while Democrats refused to put people at risk.
So you can make the argument that Democrats were at a huge disadvantage in this election. And if covid never happened, the focus would have been health care, health care, health care. That's different from having to run on whether we should wear masks or not.
Without covid, the Democrats would have done even better, especially in house and senate races.
I understand your thinking there, BUT again, the 13 keys tell us that Trump was on the way to a victory pre-COVID. Rigged's allegiance to Norpoth and Trafalgar and People's Pundit has proven false. So far, the 13 keys have stood up quite well, so I have to assume they had a good chance of predicting Trump's victory pre-COVID. I submit that Trump is a unique character and that the keys MIGHT not have been right had COVID-19 not happened. Just no way to know.

I dunno, but I suspect when the weather turns cold in DC Trump will fly down to Mar a Garbago and finish out his term there. Magaland will come to visit every day, call him Mr President and confirm that he was robbed. That's what he wants to do.

On that we will have to agree to disagree.

Dems need to start preparing the country with some law & order talk. Biden already said trespassers will be dealt with.

Heading to Mar-a-lago would prevent the negative image of him being forcefully removed from the White House, so you may be right about him doing that. Ultimately, he can do whatever he wants, he will not be President come Jan. 21, 2021 at the time Biden is sworn in. Trump had better watch what he does between now and then and then after. If he tries to mobilize civilians against the Biden Administration in a violent way, he may spend the rest of his life in prison.

I did not see that. What exactly did he say?
Apparently some people feel that some of my posts are condescending. To the extent that is true, I sincerely apologize.
By the way, "condescending" means that I talk down to people.

OK. Flagpole. I rescind my offer for you to take a look at my house before it goes on the market. Doesn't seem like you could afford it anyway (nothing wrong with that). From our discussion, descriptions of you from other posters, and your posts, you seem to be a swarmy, narcissistic aszhole. Too many people have compared you to Trump. lol I wouldn't do that to my neighbors (well, maybe to one).
My final advice to you is don't be so scared to take a chance and live your life. However, my prediction is that you'll continue to be shackled by paralysis by analysis until your dying days (in Ohio).

Asked for their response to developments, Biden's campaign released a brief and uncompromising statement. "As we said on July 19th, the American people will decide this election. And the United States government is perfectly capable of escorting trespassers out of the White House."

I think covid may have helped Trump make the election closer than it should have been.
At the beginning of covid we were dealing with the aftermath of a totally partisan impeachment trial where Republicans were saying he truly was guilty of abuse of power and obstruction of justice but it wasn't bad enough to remove him and he would learn from it. To let the voters decide.
He used covid to sure up his base and point the blame at Democrats for lockdowns and any down turn in the economy.
Many believed covid was a Democrat and media conspiracy to hurt Trump and would go away after the election.
Trump's numbers barely moved no matter what scandals or issues came up during his entire presidency.
The difference was character and fewer people voting third party.
