But "getting stuff done" has never been more important. Even if Democrats somehow take the senate, meaningful climate legislation will be very hard to pull off. We needed a decisive victory.

Minor update for MI, additional votes were counted and now 88% is in. With that 2% additional counted, Biden reduced a gap of 27k votes to now 15k votes. I am very confident he will take that state too.

Assuming Trump takes Alaska and Biden picks up WI (97% in with wind at his back), MI and will take Maine, that puts it 254 Biden vs 216 Trump. With that Biden would only need PA (274) or GA (270), or AZ+NV (271).

MI update, Biden extends lead with 90% of votes counted.. he will run away with it

Minor PA update, with an additional 1% in (76% total) Biden bit 30k out of the gap. It's now 589k.

Possibly the highest turnout percentage (just an estimate so far, not official) since 1900 at ~160 million people, or 67%

I'm guessing democrats would say "no way the right are sore losers" and republicans would say "yes obviously they did" So likely there is no point in even asking this lol but I'm interested to know. It definitely seems like mail in votes would be a great place to cheat if one were going to.

It is unlikely with the uncounted votes mostly in areas where Biden is ahead and that were carried by Hillary. It may end within 30k margin though.
