You are very observant as that is the very kind of thing I would say.

We can look at the senate right as 35 Democrats and 30 Republicans with 35 seats up for election right now.
Democrats take control if they win 16 races and Republicans win 19.
If Biden wins, Republicans need to win the senate races 21-14 to control the senate.

Flagpole, I feel like you've changed in recent years. I couldn't care less about your political beliefs, but belittling people's faith is beneath you. I hope everything is okay.
That is NOT belittling a person's faith at all! The guy said this - "There is no evidence that there's no God." THAT is just not a reason to believe there's a God.
The word is "faith". The reason that word is used is because there is no concrete evidence for or against the existence of God. I have NO issue with people who have faith that there is a God. I DO have issue with people who want to go at atheists and say something like "There is no evidence that there's no God", because THAT is a ridiculous debating comment.
Have faith in God if you want, but don't go getting all crazy with trying to argue the opposite view.

It's not belittling. Faith is belief without evidence.
You come here and say that there is no evidence that God doesn't exist when any educated person knows that you don't prove a negative statement. The process is asking, "is there evidence for this?" and then critically analyze the evidence, if there is any.
CORRECT!

Funny thing about that vote tally thread: IIRC the one four years ago actually had DJTrump as the leading candidate. This time (so far), not so much. Totaling the registered and unregistered posters by five o'clock (Eastern), I get:
Biden 47
Trump 18
Jorgensen 6
West 3
I'm also interested to see the relatively strong LRC showings for Jo and Kanye. So much for the "no third-party votes this time" meme.
Damn, Uncle Joe is killin' it.
At least among the LRC registered folks...
Are there really less than 100 people who post on Letsrun?
I guess there are only like 5 or 6 of posting over and over again on this massive thread.
Word just in...
...Democrats are over performing in GA, NC, and WI.
1.7 million votes in so far in Miami-Dade.
334 for Biden.

Nor was it ever presented as such - a minor detail that you and others obviously failed to comprehend. Hence the idiocy of the oh-so-clever invisible centaur remark as well as your own jumping up to support such idiocy.

IDK - looks to me like Trump is DESTROYING him. Of votes reported so far, I see Trump at 71%, Biden at 28%.

Are you Sally? That's along the lines of something as stupid as Sally would post and say.

There don't seem to be too many registered users. But there are many thousands of lurkers and unregistered posters.
That vote-tally thread apparently switched from registered-only to everybody--probably because there weren't many registered responses.

Kentucky is blue as of 6:30p Eastern.
Biden 54% (92,000 votes)
Trump 44% (75,000 votes)
Trump and McConnell need to unleash the lawyers in Kentucky.
I'm the biggest Biden supporter you'll ever meet, but I think it will be a complete disaster if Sleepy Joe wins. I'm not a Trump fan at all, but I have to admit that he is a great man who will bring peace and prosperity to America in his second term.

I already knew that you don't ever understand what is going on around you. Not sure why you would feel the need to confirm that.
I'm pretty sure that everyone else on this thread would have gotten it. But you? Ummm . . . Good Ol' Flaggy!

WTF? That makes no sense.

Thanks for the laugh! Results from *three* states--and only a couple dozen from one of them!
So Trump is outpolling Biden (so far) about 2:1 in Indiana. Surprise, surprise.
Actually the real *shocker* in that tally is that Biden is leading Trump (so far) in KENTUCKY.
And in any case, as of 6:43pm (Eastern) the percentages are Trump 52, Biden 45. Quite a change in a brief time from 71:28. What was that "momentum" thing people were talking about?

Yeah, a bit too nonsensical to register as funny.

Yeah, if Joe can keep up the Big Mo, (momentum for those of you who are not athletically oriented), he could win this thing by something like 1,345% to (-1,245%).
Maybe it will be a good night for Librals after all!

It appears the point went over your head:
Using "you can't prove the non existence of something" as an argument (for anything) is absurd. The non existence of something in the physical world can never be proven. It can be done in axiomatic systems but that's another topic.
It's not an idiotic argument, but in effect illustrating how stupid the point was. You can't prove the non existence of an invisible dragon living in your garage.
6.3/10 Made me smile.
