For what it is worth I have a friend who is a poll watcher in Georgia (rural) as well as a few in Erie PA and Lafayette Hill PA who are all stating that turn-out is remarkably low. Folks that have been around for a few election cycles are saying they haven't seen anything like it apparently.
Just an anecdotal comment coming from a high school friend text chain. Not sure how to interpret the data for or against either candidate but did find it interesting.

Erie and Lafayette Hill are both probably huge Trump areas. Erie has that rust belt thing going on and Lafayette Hill is upper middle class white people who couldn't get into a nicer suburb in Flourtown or Gladwyne
