The Quakertown Rotary's Facebook description has "encourage high ethical standards in all vocations in their community". This whole thing seems like a pretty low-ethical-standard move.

I really doubt anyone would have gone through the effort and expense, knowing that she wouldn't even be there.

The blood test can be set up by the athlete or agent within a certain time frame - maybe 24 hours.
This was the issue with Emma Coburn's steeple record. She could have had an individual drug test set up but did not so her time could not be ratified as the record.
Why are we even talking about drug testing? Jill just needs to run a race at this point, ANY race.

There is so much evidence here, including several witnesses of Jill's running, as well as official statements from the race etc. Some trolls here even went so far to suggest that she faked the family emergencies of her four kids!
