    Sure let's hire the JETS coach who went 2-15 two years in a row. He'll be better here... Nope. Programs would be better off actually going through real hiring processes and finding those few coaches that could do it at any level. But everyone is too lazy so they just chat it up at the cocktail parties we call the first round and convention.

    Are you bothered by not being apart of the so- called carousel of coaches? Utimately, if that's the case, I'm not understanding your point because performances across our sport are pretty darn good.

    Maybe add to this conversation by offering insight on available jobs.

    I was told that the 2023 XC coach was told to leave \ fired. There was an incident that was described to me as "Weird".

    Also athletes pushing out yet another coach… Sketchy gig… wouldn’t recommend anybody taking it

    Columbia College (SC) ex-coach Justin Bishop's social media....Facepalm. This guy posted the letter from the AD , where it tells him that he is fired. That happened November 2023. DUDE....grow up and move on. There is no reason for any administrator to hire him.
