The Wall Street journal looked at the evidence and said it isn’t convincing. They refused to run it.
Giuliani then took it to the NY Post (a low quality tabloid), which ran it. But no N Y post writer would put his byline on it because it was so sketchy. And the post has very very low standards.
That’s the story you choose to believe.
