Weekly reminder that JoshJogs is a fraud and is banned from london marathon forever. Terrible bloke, terrible runner. More injuries than marathons. Unqualified to be a coach. Will always be thankful for this community for reporting him last year for making a mockery of the london marathon.
Joshjogs & Goddard is the podcast that no one asked for but we all want
He does have th red cheeks/epo flushing. Hall mark of epo usage and elevated red blood cell count. Look at old photos of Craig mottram for a good example of this

Maybe on your feed but Lululemon has done $10 billion annual rev vs On’s $2 billion and they barely even have a shoe range so whilst the latter have Federer mincing about in a pair of dad shoes, the former is a giant in comparison.
What has that got to do with their running shoes being class .
You're just pushing Lululemon and a revenue comparison. Odd

Truett is a juicehead turkey, and anyone who takes PEDs and doesn’t talk about them in any capacity toward their physical success, and otherwise hides the truth, is a liar and a PoS and shouldn’t be respected for anything they do in sport.

Couldn’t agree more, but more people should out the plebs that aren’t qualified in the comment section.
Why do you coach without qualifications? Would very quickly split hairs.

Yeah, that's the only way any of these guys are going to win the haters over. Be transparent about whatever they're on and about the junk they sell. But that would hurt their brand and their earnings so that's never going to happen. Just like I'm never going to listen to anything longer than an Instagram reel from Truett. He chose to follow dad's path in the fitness influencer manosphere and brand it as inspiring. He could be some regular dude, getting to the gym before/after work and running marathons for fun in like 3:30 or whatever be he continues to choose to play the game where he has to be the jacked dude in jeans running 2:30 and "dreaming of an OTQ."
I'm sure he's worked very hard for all he has. He was probably doing pull-ups on his mother's umbilical cord in the womb to make sure he was born a family that could facilitate his fitness influencer journey. And I'm sure when he has a meeting with brand reps from his sponsors, he just holds a plank position until they meet his asking price for a #ad post. Again, hard work trumps all. Just look at his dad and other Rogan guests like Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, and Mark Zuckerberg! Those guys worked so damn hard they needed constant island vacations!
Truett has grown on me, too. His latest video about the Austin Marathon was his best so far. I was more raw and felt super humble while showing generosity and support to others.
What also stood out to me, was how he included a snippet of another podcast (Rideout) he was on the day before the marathon. I'm 20ish minutes into it, and I feel like it's worth a watch, especially for those who've had really harsh opinions about him and/or want him to fail, crash and burn.
Here it is, for anyone interested:
..
Blue jean baby's PR team really is lurking this thread. You're obvious
Believe it or not, I'm just one person who likes to follow this thread, as well as the content from the folks that are discus-ed, trying to keep an objective mind about things. I am not on anyone's PR team lol. (Oh wait, actually, I'm AI generated. That's gotta be it!)
Anyways, about the PED allegations, I still don't feel like he's using, and I hope he's not. If anything ever comes out to prove that he's dirty, then that definitely would change my perspective, as it would about anyone who's proven to be a cheater and/or a fraud.
Floberg screenshot of Strava prediction of 1:10 for HM and 2:30 and Coros predicting 1:11 and 2:26. He's showing us his fitness. He is just so damn for right now and ready for core memory. He just ran an all out 1:14 but, Strava and Coros think he's in 1:10 shape so they must be right. Tough course in Austin. On a flat course that 1:14 is a 1:08 all day long.
Sabriah training for a 10k now as well. Family running, bro. Core memory
Really, really strange ending to Floberg's video recapping the Austin Marathon weekend, too. Basically, he excuses Matt Choi's ebike filming and other antics saying "He's always been nice to me" while also claiming he's someone "I don't even know." So, from now on he's going to be nice to everyone no matter what they do, as long as they're nice to him. At no point does it appear to occur to him that, perhaps, such influencers are insincere and clout chasing. Gotta play the game at all costs, I guess.
It's been said before, but being a running influencer just seems like a nightmare and a surefire way to make the sport not fun. You've gotta pretend to be stoked to see some of the corniest bros, act like your half marathon at your goal marathon pace was an unmitigated success, time trial on the treadmill, set faster and faster goals when you already didn't hit the last one, and prop your family up as a defense mechanism.
All for some free shoes, kickbacks on your referral code for overpriced gels/supplements with a doper's name on them, and the right to make a living off coaching a bunch of cringe machines who want to be just like you.

I'm curious to see how Sabriah will do, more than Floberg. What if she discovered NSM and wound up almost as fast as him? LOL
Are all Americans like this? Pair of unadulterated psychopaths.
Has any mentioned the piss bowl?! Or spitting all over her house during that treadmill session - I refuse to believe these are real people.
David getting cucked by a treadmill pleasuring his wife was like something out of a horror.
I've never seen a pair of 'trail runners' that need to go outside more. This should be a case study for what happens when you lock a guy in a basement with nothing but a treadmill and a digital link to the outside world.
I remember the macaroni incident but what's the deal with the piss bowl?

They’re a load of crap no way a 16:10 5k converts to a 2:30 marathon
Where is the part about Sabriah training? Reels and stories don't show it, unless it's buried in a YT vid somewhere, no snark, I hope she does well actually. I know SJD (the man, the myth, the legend) trained TL at one point and she got quicker.

One weird thing about Matt: If he ran a 1:14 all out, and closed at 4:30 pace like the vid you referenced, how did he have enough energy to go back on the course and aid/cheer the 26.2 runners as they finished? I would have been back at the hotel or trying to work my tight calves lol...! Unless I'm missing something here.
I get that he's cheering the other runners on, which is legit cool, but if he has that much energy...he didn't GO ONE MORE. LIES!!! ;)

Culling describing herself as an elite athlete needs to be discussed further. Tell me any other professional athletes that celebrate a mediocre podium finish at a run through event when they took bicarbonate and couldn’t hold onto their pace they anticipated?
Didn't she run it as a tempo run, with her HR at like 190+ :)
I just hope the Roaches don't discover sirpoc, Mars Bars or NSM....give them over to the Magical Wizard, the Voldemort of LRC.
Features Meghan showing that her and David are so obviously made for each other (because they're both insufferable), and David creaming himself while Meghan runs on a treadmill
yeah at the end he was bordering orgasm territory watching the climax of her workout.
I meant to quote this post re: the roaches, not the other one sorry. I hope they don't discover the awesomeness that is NSM. It'll blow their mind.
The intro is cheesy. Are they trying to summon the Chicago horns in the beginning? LOL

I was confused why they talk to each other like surgeons in the middle of an intense operation when they're on the treadmill. Relaying the speeds and time remaining as if they are the vital statistics of a dying patient.
The sensible thing is to pull out of Tokyo and focus on London. Though he had some great workouts the past few months I feel the writing was on the wall as his training indicated more 5k-10k fitness than anything. Jake was missing quality long runs which as a carthorse should be his bread and butter. I think what did him in was that he managed to stay afloat on total volume, but the dispersion of the miles and total number of tough and fast sessions did him in.
I actually just went through something similar end of 2025 - I'm normally an endurance carthorse type like Jake but my LRs were all s*** despite being in top 5k and 10k shape. Just felt my endurance was off relative everything else. My goal race was a marathon and it was, unsurprisingly, a disappointing race.
The GOAT personality is back on youtube, Mr Farah himself!
Races his kids round a track with various headstarts. They're all runners, which is cool, but one looks pretty talented and out kicks him a couple of times.
Wonder how fit he is now? Wearing a hijab for track running is crazy still.
