Last year's thread is a bit unwieldy, so I figure it's time to start a new one. Who's transferred? Who got a good recruiting class? Also, has anybody got similar info on the women, teams and individuals?

It was a good race for Oneonta, yet it was far short of our "best possible day," and their "worst possible day." If the majority of Plattsburghs top 5 were in fact their top 5, then that just means that their order changed a little on that day. The only difference really was having Yerne gone... Even if Seth had made their top 5 at SPAC, then the score maybe would have changed a couple points... MAYBE. Now Oneonta had their top guy run less than his best by a bit, primarily due to plantar fasciitis this past month. Our 2nd-5th runners ran within 8 seconds of eachother, when the 2nd and 3rd specifically were really close to Plattsburghs 3rd guy. So I wouldn't make quick judgement to say that we had our "Best Possible Day."

And I highly doubt those orders are going to be anywhere near that. Fredonia and Brockport wont be that high, its either Plattsburgh or Oneonta for 3rd, but I guess we'll have to wait and see Saturday.

It's funny that people on this forum readily believe that Heymann ran a 24:17, but it clearly must have been opposite day or something stupid when a team other than Cortland runs well, something obviously must have gone horribly wrong.

You are clearly from Oneonta. If you were trying to hide that, using "our" was a bad choice. As was telling letsrun that your #1 guy has PF. And now you're going to be shat upon by the wrath of the plattsburgh homies and geneseo cronies. Maybe even the NYU blow-mes.

What the heck is going on with the SUNYAC people on this board. Back in the day the only nonsense were posts about Kolb KO-ing Chuck Terry and online videos of SUNY cortland featuring Matt Deshane played by Snoop-Dogg.

The crazy Fredonia posts earlier now the Oneonta/Plattsburgh Geneseo/Alligator drama. I'm hoping it's a very good and deciding meet to bring some sensible running talk back here.

Plattsburgh beat oneonta on a bad day at SPAC(clearly not characteristic of them but it is better to have the bad day there than at sunyac's). Fredonia beat them at cortland which I would consider on off day for fredonia(missing willaims). Fredonia also crushed brockport at oberlin, buff, and home meet. Fredonia and Plattsburgh have not raced each other yet, so they are the real contenders for the 3rd spot. You don't have any agrument for oneonta.
