You can poo poo 34 felonies all you want, but the law is the law. He committed 34 MISDEMEANORS that were elevated to FELONIES because they were committed in the furtherance of another crime. There is no taking it "seriously" or not. I've already said he likely won't face prison time here. BUT, the charges are what they are...34 felony counts. Is that serious? Well, I don't know what your definition of "serious" is, but I wouldn't want 34 felony counts against me.
