Well, The People's Pundit may have been accurate in 2016 (I don't know if he was, but I'll take your word for it), but he sure blew it in 2018. Not sure why you're putting so much faith in someone who's been wrong half the time.
No pollster makes a Congressional prediction over a year out. That is a lifetime, a lot could happen, primary races not decided, candidates drop out, new candidates enter, a special election, a seat appointed by a governor, etc.
Only an idiot like you would fall for an opinion piece that was over a year away from a midterm election even BEFORE all candidates were finalized.
