Nobody outside the far right bubble thinks it's a real story. So if Biden made a statement then it would become a real story. He's smart enough not to comment.

It's called "message discipline". We don't want the story to be about debunking the bogus Hunter Biden stuff when everyone is talking about how the president is still failing to handle the pandemic.
