Based on the research by Barnes Law, Peoples Pundit, Trafalgar, Real Election Analysis and looking at some early voting returns in the battlegrounds, I see Trump is going to outperform his 2016 results.
Dementia Joe's ground game is nowhere near as robust or as established as Trump's. I don't see the debates as a major metric to forecast an election outcome and historically it has never been. Trump's base is as strong as ever, his rallies have brought in and they are motivated to reelect him.
Your candidate cannot afford to lose any rust belt states: PA, WI, MN or MI. I am not including OH since this is safe for Trump. I have Trump taking these core states: FL, NC & AZ- these are the states I will be focusing on election night.
In my WORST case scenario, Trump's victory comes down to one single state: NH. NH will flip and he will take either WI or MN. Overall, he does not need MI, NV, PA or ME.
The TDS is too overwhelming here, nobody else will predict a Trump victory.

1) IBD/TIPP - Says Biden leads, says this isn't 2016, says Biden is doing better than Clinton did against Trump with seniors, blacks, Hispanics, and suburban voters.
2) 13 Keys - A flat call for Biden, and Biden has 1 more key than he needs even to win.
3) Betting sites - Show a clear victory for Biden.

On the voter side, a significant part of his appeal has been that he is a "winner" (yeah, I know, I know). That part of his image takes a hit after losing to "Sleepy Joe Biden". So MAGAs won't be quite as enamored.
On Trump's side, I don't think he ever wanted to be POTUS. Why would he run again? The only reason I can think of is that he thinks he can stay out of jail for four years and then regain imunity by becoming POTUS once again. But that seems like a tortuous path and, to me at least, not one that is very likely to be chosen.
Agree with both of you. Trump's support, sans a relatively few very crazy people, will be done.

That's a SERIOUS demotion. Politicians are LEADERS...some are bad leaders, but that position (Politician) is for people who want to LEAD. A Press Secretary is a sweet gig if you are a journalist and just want to make some bank afterwards, but it is a support position and not a leader position. Those are two VERY different career paths. That is definitely a demotion.
