I'm trying to get you to separate the objectives of each group from the way that they attempt to execute their objectives. According to Wikipedia, the objectives of antifa is anti-fascism. Do you have a problem with that objective? Or do you have a problem with the way antifa tries to achieve it?

Sorry, I'm an A$$hole and couldn't resist. Trump is decent, it's early yet, let's give him a chance already. Obama surely did a lot of lying about serious issues, that none of us on the left can deny. I guess we kinda deserve it.

One more point to emphasize, this group of people demonstrating consisting of neo-nazis, KKK members, antigovernment and some militia are very dangerous to our country and their numbers have been growing. Their rherotic is very hateful. Watching video's of this group indicates that they are the furthest thing from nice people. Trump pretending that most are fine people simply protesting removal of a statue is dishonest.

The counter protesters were wrong to confront them, but that group seemed more mixed.

We do need to denounce Antifa. They are not above using violent confrontation. If their leadership refuses embrace non-violent social change then they need to be ostracized by good liberals everywhere.

The feeding frenzy has started and no one wants to be eaten. The liberals cheering this will one day see this wolf at their door and wonder how it happened.

Even after the events in Charlottesville, most liberals have never even heard of Antifa.
