Not sure, but it's not surprising because he likes going by feel. Being behind 2:1, 2:1, 2.5:1 probably "feels " to him that Trump can win all three, when it's a closer to a 3.3% shot.

Maybe you're finally catching on, but it doesn't matter when you're happily drowning in orange kool aid. Look around you... potus is begging women to like him, promoting a trumper SC nominee to bail him out in November, his squires are looking everywhere for any dirt on his opponent and happily making some up as they go, the GOP is illegally ballot harvesting in the open, removing drop boxes, pledging to give trump EC votes if there is an election dispute, and shutting down as many avenues for citizens to vote as possible. Even if Biden didn't have a +10% national lead and wasn't destroying trump in most polls, you might reach the conclusion that it would be called a dirty win if somehow trump came out with more EC votes than Biden.
