So, what happened with the DOJ unmasking investigation? That was going going to be huge! Bigger than Watergate. Did I miss the announcement of the Obama indictment?

Aaaaaaand now The Gap is back to double digits. The volatility continues, and likely will for the rest of the month.
https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/trump-approval-ratings/Not for a single day has Donald Trump had the approval of even 50% of Americans. At least since WWII, that has been true of no other president.
God, what a loser. Sad.
538 just put GA in the blue column. Just 51/49, but there it is.
Good lord Trump is a terrible candidate.

The 293T line used continued to divide and grow within a culture for decades, and for use in scientific discovery, even though they originated from fetal tissue, according to experts.
They "are considered 'immortalized' cells (not stem cells) and are a common and widespread tool in research labs," a Regeneron spokesperson told ABC in a statement. The cell line "wasn't used in any other way, and fetal tissue was not used in this research."
Call it whatever you want. They are still abortion cells. And for decades, evangelicals have railed against these abortion stem cell lines and supported legislation to halt all research on them.
Just because they are old does not change where they came from. Nor does it alter the moral calculus.

Wow. I didn't think I would live to see the day when my state went blue. I still have trouble accepting that this is possible.
Story out of DC is that the stimulus bill is dead until after the election, despite everyone knowing we need it.
Dems won't pass it because they think they can get more from a Biden presidency.
Rs won't pass it because they know trump will lose, and in the new GOP they want to claim to be someone who refused to vote with pelosi. They want to claim to be fiscally responsible.
And Rs want to hamstring the Biden presidency - they don't want to help him out with 2 trillion dollars of stimulus just before he takes office.
Seriously, congress is awful.

Nate Cohn, the NYT polls guy, is concerned that some GA polls are underestimating the number of white no-college men in the GA electorate. If this Nate is right. Trump is stil ahead, most likely.

I would agree that Congress is awful. But you think Republicans might have a legitimate reason for hamstringing the Biden presidency? You think Dems might have hamstrung the Trump presidency for say .... the last fricking 4 years?!!! Since day 1 the Dems have been trying to undo the 2016 election that duly elected Donald Trump. First, the ridiculous Mueller investigation. Then the bogus impeachment. And then another investigation. And another. And the phony made-up crap like Trump calling the military "losers and suckers" which never happened. Or And now Pelosi wanting to remove Trump if she and the other dems deem him unfit. When is it ever going to end?

come on - this isn't fair criticism.
She's refusing to entertain hypotheticals, which is appropriate.
This kind of cheap shot gotcha stuff makes us all stupider.

Didn't the republicans have the President, the House and the Senate from 2016 to 2018? Hmmm, so they were in FULL control? Dems took back the house in 2018, but still the republicans had the White House, the Senate, and lets not forget more conservative supreme court judges....
Exactly how can the republicans blame the disastrous direction of the US on anybody but themselves?!
Checking back in to see if anything has changed and........nope, still the same. Rigged is as delusional as ever.
Yes, these attacks on Biden are pathetic desperation. There is nothing new here. STILL doesn't prove that Joe explicitly "discussed his son's overseas business dealings" with him. Nope. It means he met the Burisma guy I guess, but that's it (*if* true, haven't seen verification).
Even Senate Republicans who DESPERATELY wanted to nail Biden on this and produce SOMETHING that could make him look really bad concluded, after an extensive investigation:
" The report does not assert that the former vice president pushed for the firing of a Ukrainian prosecutor in order to protect Burisma, a central claim made by President Trump and his allies." Did you miss that? Are you dense? if there was ANYthing there, they would have claimed that he did what you are claiming he did. But they didn't. All they could do was state the obvious which most Democrats already acknowledge: Biden's son being on the Burisma board and getting a hefty salary looks bad, and could have led to appearances of or actual conflicts of interest. Yet you and Breitbart won't give up on saying Joe got the prosecutor fired to help his son. Not a single even semi-legit investigation has concluded that. EVERYone has said getting the corrupt prosector fired was exactly in the interests of the US and of our allies.
But, but..........Breitbart. Sad. Weak. Pathetic.
And of course it's so particularly funny because Trump was the one who ACTUALLY was committing the quid pro quo and was holding up LEGALLY MANDATED tax-payer funds to Ukraine, and a meeting with their president in order to attempt to strong arm him into smearing Biden with these same untrue allegations, to help with his re-election. You 100% know he did that. You 100% know he broke the law and his oath of office. You 100% know he should have been impeached and removed from office 100x more than Clinton (for his BJ and not calling it "sex") . You 100% know that anything Biden is accused of doing in Ukraine pails in comparison to what Trump actually did.
And you 100% know that these last second re-warmed allegations/smears are going nowhere. Large chunks of the nation have voted already. Virtually noone is undecided anymore. Trump's approval numbers have gone stagnant and he is at a horrible 43%, negative 10 in +/-. Horrendous. He is getting crushed by every metric. You know this.
Now I won't pull a Flagpole and guarantee anything. But Biden is in WAY better shape than Hilary. Not even close. To bet on Trump at this point would be bet on a team to complete the 80 yard pass hail mary with 2 seconds to go. It happens. It could happen again. But it is very, very doubtful for Trump. You know this. Give it up and prepare for defeat. He had 4 years. And he did horrible as every clear-headed person predicted he would, and he is hated at historically high #'s. And it couldn't have happened to a more deserving A-hole than Trump. Enjoy!
Fat, Georgia will probably stay red; since you have the King of Voter Suppression in Trumpet Kemp. Heck, he tried to get Atlanta sicker by fighting a Mask mandate !!

The first two of which the GOP had the House, Senate and WH and still couldn't get anything done so it isn't surprising that with only 2 of those three they couldn't get anything done.
But yeah...keep hanging on to that.

Biden lied about his involvement with his son's business dealings. Can't wait for the next debate. His crackhead son is the gift that keeps on giving.

Yeah, Georgia has some institutionalized voter suppression.
The bet is the voters vs the corruption there.
