Great facilities which do not include an indoor track. Kind of tough to do well in speed in power events minus a substantial indoor facility. Miami does a decent job without a true indoor track, but it's not an operating scheme that deserves to be duplicated. This, particularly since Ohio has many outstanding D2 and D3 programs with incredible facilities that will continue to eviscerate OU in recruiting. Good luck to whomever they bring in, it's going to be a uphill battle for quite some time. Lack of facilities along with no Men's program will make recruiting a nightmare. If I'm the decision maker there, I'd give Ernie Clark whatever he wants $$ and staff-wise and cut a deal with Logan HS to train on their new facility until one can be build on campus and watch it grow.

Ohio University (MAC School) Head XC and Track (Women's and Men's) job opening up

Placing at MAC championships Indoor/Outdoor(12 teams):
2021 - 12/11
2020 - 11/NA
2019 - 11/11
2018 - 12/12
2017 - 12/12
2016- 10/10
2015- 12/11
There was also a stretch during several of the years above where the sprinters on the team were so bad that not a single individual sprinter qualified to even compete at the conference meet. The team has consistently been carried by the throwers and distance runners until they got a Nebraska transfer (400h) who had to basically coach herself.
Athens has great facilities and incredible training spots so as an alum I'm glad that somebody competent (hopefully) can come in and turn the program around
Not a competition indoor facility, but there is an indoor facility.
