Great leadership on this whole mask thing, President Trump!
https://www.cnn.com/2020/10/06/us/new-york-mask-bar-death-trnd/index.htmlThat's unfortunate, but it happened in NY, so no one should be surprised. The leadership there is horrible. Maybe we should defund governor and his staff.
That's unfortunate, but it happened in the US, so no one should be suprised. The leader there is horrible. Maybe his creditors should defund him and foreclose on his $421 million in debt and investigate the rest of his family.

Happens in red states, too. Common denominator is the man in the White House.

Of course, states aren't monolithic. It's about as far as you can get from NYC, and a reliably red congressional district.

‘Fox and Friends’ Host Steve Doocy Trashed by Fans for Wearing a Mask at Walmart
“Fox & Friends” host Steve Doocy got flak from fans who were irate when he posted a video on Instagram wearing a mask in a Walmart, prompting him to disable the comments on the post, according to journalist Yashar Ali.

What's with all the "pride"? Everyone is proud to be this or that. Why?
"And I'm proud to be an American...". Again, why? If you were born here, you are just an American by default. If you moved here and made the conscious decision to become an American, it is just a decision you made. Being prideful is just a way to separate yourself from others. Some believers call it a sin.
Just a way to have unearned success. Being proud to be an American is like being proud of your fingernails.
I actually agree with you on this. It has always struck me as odd that someone would be proud to be an American. To me, the folks who founded our country would be justified in being proud to be an American. People living today should feel lucky to be American (or not, as some may feel).

Partriot Pride
Proud Boys
These fascist groups confuse vanity with pride. More reflective names for these groups would be
Patriot Vanity
Vanity Boys
"Vanity and pride are different things, though the words are often used synonymously. A person may be proud without being vain. Pride relates more to our opinion of ourselves, vanity to what we would have others think of us."

Bye bye Spanky and your diseased corrupt family.
Joe Biden holds a 12-point lead over Donald Trump among all registered voters in Pennsylvania and anywhere from an 8-point to 11-point lead among likely voters, according to the Monmouth (“Mon-muth”) University Poll. This marks an improvement from Biden’s single-digit lead in a Monmouth poll just over one month ago.

????
Embarrassing.
Trump voters will vote harder, so he will win PA.
Maybe Trump gets 2.5 million votes in PA to Joes' 3.5 million, but the enthusiasm curve will rate Trump's vote total at 3.5 million.

This poll does not reflect reality. Look at the new voter registration figures for PA.
https://twitter.com/Peoples_Pundit/status/1313508522794070016Keep believing in these ridiculous polls. Nate Cohn and Nate Silver will provide lots of laughs as Dementia Joe loses.

Well, there is such a thing as negative enthusiasm.
Nate Silver: "The significance of this “enthusiasm gap” is exaggerated. Enthusiastic votes count just as much as unenthusiastic ones, meaning an enthusiasm gap would only really matter in a close election. And right now, it isn’t a close election."
Biff failed to do his homework, again.
And Steven Bannon mentioned, before his arrest that: internal data and polling report from the Republican National Committee, which showed soft-to-negative enthusiasm for the president. For well over a year, an individual said, Bannon believes that data is an alarm bell for not just Trump, but the GOP as a whole.

Your post doesn't reflect the reality that as of yesterday, there were over 700,000 more registered Democrats than Republicans in Pennsylvania.

ha ha ha. Oh how Trump has trained his followers.
Who's currently in charge of all of it? Dems have proven to be pretty dim at times. Leadership lacking a lot of the time. But the Dems have not run this country in 4 years. This is ALL on Trumps shoulders.
Trump told NYC city officials to put covid + patients in nursing homes, but he didn't tell other city/states to do so? My bad.

Sorry, but I have to disagree here. It's just a decision I made? No. There are many people who try to make that decision, but cannot. It took me years of wait, hundreds of pages of documents, tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees, and multiple background checks (and finger printing) to earn the privilege to call myself an American. Am I proud? Yes. Not because I think I am better than those who were denied by our government. But because I never gave up. (And I never cheated like Melania.) If that makes me a sinner, so be it.
Let me ask you (and other people in this thread). Have you ever been proud of your postgraduate degree, professional success or running accomplishment?
