This is what a lot of people have done/did for years. It usually gets you to a certain point and then the pattern seems to be a plateau quite fast. As said, book covers it and wasn't exactly the same each week. But, more or less what you would pick up as standard and accepted 5-10k programs for guys doing 5 hours a week.
The big problem, is then ever getting past 5 hours a week. That's where I see so many people stall. This kind of standard and accepted schedule means you cannot ever really get to the consistent number of hours on a regular basis, that you need to
It's why I actually sort of agree with the post earlier. Maybe Daniels is the beginner newbie gains program and actually NSM is what is more advanced. Which, is kinda the opposite to what a lot of people seem to be saying.
