Could someone please explain why our hero Seth James DeMoor just did a 30 mile run after posting about having plantar fasciitis? He's either crazy or never had the condition.
Being an influencer would honestly suck. I'm sure it's exciting at first, but the pressure these people must feel to grift, get brand deals, and put out crap consistently has to take it's toll. I obviously find 95% of them insufferable egomaniacs, but I just can't imagine living that life for a prolonged period of time.

Nothing against him, fan of him, but you hear that therm PF over and over from runners, but than its not a real PF, more like bigger discomfort and so on.
Twice I've asked Anya culling on her Insta post "Minimal Effective Dose" why she refers to herself as a qualified coach in it when she isn't and why she's lying to her audience.

Can you imagine the damage it would do if she was found out publicly to be unqualified to have earned the thousands she has using the title of coach? Smoke and mirrors, matcha lattes and not a brain cell between them orange ears.
Half of this thread is people replying to posts they don't quote (or the quoted post didn't quote) and you have no cocking idea who anyone's talking about. I just assume it's Floberg or Bester, or if it's someone that seems particularly whacky, d0nat0

Funny that she's just heard of this thing herself and is now like "oh here's the most important and overlooked concept in marathon training". Someone has commented on the post asking if Runna will be bringing it in to their plans, to which Culling replies "oh no actually when I said we need to think about long runs different what I mean is that the way Runna currently does them - absolutely not how I've just said you need to think about them - is the correct way.
The Ben Parker statement that she's not actually a coach at Runna and is just a pr bod ringing very true - although not really executing very well. Especially when she shares her day in the life post and it's just her dossing about getting gifted bikes and not doing a moments work - despite getting up at 0530 apparently

Imagine the joy of going for a workout being ruined by having to get content and set up a camera and get the right shots and all that rubbish. I’ll take buying my own shoes over that thanks.
