That could be it for tonight... Approximately 102.7km completed today.
Same again tomorrow, then an early start to finish by 12pm Wednesday?
Looks to be the plan. With track open to fill the stadium for an hour tomorrow evening to get closer to that $10mil charity donation target. We will wait and see if corporate oz come through at the last minute with the big $$$ donations.
Perhaps NB and the marketing team have missed an opportunity here to secure even broader support (and even bigger $ from oz corporations than 2 x $100000 donations thus far) by having everything in place for a genuine WR attempt.
Oz corps don’t have a sh$t if it’s an offical world record or not. It would not bring in any more eyes than there are currently.

After not being able to walk this morning, going down to 5km/h sessions, lazarus somehow got revived and 4 hr sessions again magically became 1:44 sessions. The observed example of yesterday still not 'corrected' or explained

Easy to say tall Poppy. Yiannis is the tallest of all the poppy's, and he was stubborn and divisive. Nobody wants to knock him down. Why shouldn't i apply rigorous scrutiny to someone taking on a grandiose, highly publicised running feat? I ask far more of myself, and fellow competitors.
You see, according to the cult, you can knock anyone, the WR holder who never made it about himself, the gumboot wearing farmer who was faster than Nedd , yet split his prize money. knock them all down. But if you dare question a bloke who makes ridiculous claims to gather followers, to make himself an influencer, oh no you hater, you also hate the convenient charity he chose for authenticity.
31 hours then for 160k. Just over 10 min kms needed. Going on recent days, when Nedd is moving well that is doable, but of course, how well he'll move for that time will be of interest. I'm also very interested in his recovery over the next week. Hope he's alright after.
Now, less than 30 hours left until this charity/milk sales event needs to shut down. 30 hours for 150k sounds a lot, but it isn't at this stage. He has to hustle through the night to get this to a somewhat satisfying end.

I'm rivetted to my seat! The suspense is killing me! Will Nedd finish in time with an enormous last 30 hour push without any sleep? Will his knees and stomach hold up? Is he going to destroy his muscles so much that he gives himself rhabdo and has to be rushed to the hospital?
And the kicker, does he even know he only partially completed lap 109 and has to make up that distance?
More seriously, who thought it was a bright idea to make a 1000 mile race completely of circles around a track that takes 10-13 days? We all think that the 10k is already far to long to belong in a track meet and yet ultrarunning says, "Hold my Gatorade!", and makes it 1609k!
I think the lack of corporate backing speaks to the bizarre marketing strategy that his team has employed, to in my opinion, coerce and pressure these companies to donate from a morale obligation and to paint the corporates as horrible overloads. I.e If you don't donate to Nedds charity you are greedy and mean....truely bizarre and negative and goes against the good will of a FUNdraiser. These corporates already donate millions to charity, sure ask them to donate but I would do it with same positivity and gratefulness.
For those who haven't been following the Moab 240, Will Goodge appears to be closing in on a top 10 finish.
Sneakers, please be gentle with Will Cockerell when he issues his inevitable retraction of comments declaring Goodge would never survive such an ordeal.

Cockerell has been silent for several days, did he fly out to spend time with Goodge again?
