Harris will be better this time around. She's got 4 years of experience as VP under her belt. But more importantly, Trump is a much easier debate adversary than almost anyone, including Tulsi Gabbard.

I'll tell you something...if Harris wins the WH, Joe Biden will go down as one of the greatest Americans who ever lived. I think his presidency will already be highly regarded, but that would be the absolute icing on the cake. This almost never happens - the head guy giving up power to help the nation (and not save his skin). Truly remarkable and will be taught to schoolkids as an example of civic virtue forever.

Honestly, I don't think your first two issues resonate with most voters. If anything, criminal justice reform is a big issue for progressives, who will certainly be backing Harris over Trump here.
Your third "issue" isn't an issue, it's a fabrication. We'll see if it ever gains traction; it hasn't so far. I think people will remember Mike Johnson failing to vote on the bipartisan border bill crafted by Senator Lankford, so making the border an issue might backfire on Republicans this time around.
