I'm pretty sure Kyle Rittenhouse is still in custody and not at home.

IMO, the judge made the right call here. Rittenhouse should be allowed time to find a private attorney. I question that he would need 30 days, but a continuance is reasonable.

Was he intentionally shoved or was someone just trying to get closer? If it was intentional you gotta be able to prove it. I don't think the video is conclusive on that point. I still doubt that any charges were filed.

That the person harmed was a police officer or fire fighter;

That the person harmed was acting in an official capacity;

That the defendant knew or had reason to know that the person harmed was a police officer or firefighter;

That the defendant caused the bodily harm without consent of the person harmed;

That the defendant acted intentionally.

Quit blaming cops, blame it on the ones who are breaking the law and decide that fighting cops and then going for a weapon is going to end well for them.

In fact, I think the guy is not as stupid as most people think, he might be in the 120 - 130 range, but did any nation after Stalin, Mussolini, and Hitler see one with a lower EQ?

Not sure what you were responding to, but as it happens I agree: President Trump is pretty clearly of more than average intelligence. He is ignorant of many things, but that seems to bespeak character flaws (including a lack of desire to become educated and a stunning lack of empathy) and possibly reading/learning disabilities, rather than a lack of intelligence per se.

My most sincere concern is that this not so stable a bit slower than a genious but also not so stupid guy will have made a plan about what he will do if he is not reelected, that is a grisly thought.

This is similar (maybe considered a corollary) to the "Ed Bradley effect" where the former mayor of Los Angeles, a black man, is way ahead in the polls going in to the California gubernatorial race and ends up losing. In that instance, the white voters who planned on voting for the white candidate instead told the pollster that they intended to vote for Ed Bradley because they were afraid of being considered a racist.

With Trump, who has been called a racist incessantly by the media, many voters polled are fearful of expressing their intention to vote for Trump as they are fearful of being brandished a racist.

Let me be VERY CLEAR. Rand Paul and his wife were indeed "assaulted." They were ASSAULTED. That mob was shouting that they were going to "kill you (Rand)" and "F*ck you up(Rand)." I doubt that you know this but "assault" is when you threaten someone. It is "battery" when the offender strikes the one being battered.
