I've just popped onto RY's Facebook page and he used to have a section for 'Visitor Posts' down the right hand side but it has now disappeared. It is still possible to post on threads started by the page itself, but not possible for a visitor to start a new thread.
An extract of the report was posted (and then later taken down) with cadence data for his faster runs (sub 9 mins/mile) up until when Asher posted his observations on here.
Almost of the faster runs have an implausibly low cadence, even for a slow walk (RY's recorded cadence for the vast majority of these fast runs was between 0 and 50, many less than 30).
RY must've been forced to hand over all data (perhaps told that he would have to repay all costs to Skins if he didn't?) because there is no way he would've voluntarily handed over this data, it's very damming.
It's disappointing that Skins have delayed publication but I guess we can wait another couple of days for the full report, it looks like it will make interesting reading!

I can't comment specifically on Tom Tom performance, but I have been using a Garmin 620 for over a year and the cadence data appears to be quite precise, certainly +/- a handful of steps per minute.

This is so good. The cadence itself is damning. But I also love how the implausible sessions stop immediately after Asher's initial LR post. Just imagine RY and co. freaking out upon realising they'd been rumbled...

In my experience my cadence data is extremely reliable - can instantly tell where I've done a stride and its slightly picked up (far more accurately than GPS does and with no lag) and where I start slowing for a traffic light before stopping the GPS it shows that as well.
Wow. Without other context, that chart suggests he didn't run a single one of the sub 9 min sessions. These jokers didn't even start on day one with a legit attempt? That is worse than many here imagined.

Well I would assume the graph starts at the first day where a sub-9 MM session was recorded. That would be 'day zero' on the graph. This wasn't necessarily on the first day of the run.

Just curious, why is the cadence low instead of zero if he was riding in the RV? Is it possible he was riding the bike?
