This is the lull before the storm. We all know Trump had shady financial dealings with Russian Oligarchs. Once Mueller starts digging into his finances (which apparently is already happening), things will move more rapidly. Trump will either try to fire Mueller, or Mueller will find the inevitable dirt connecting Russian money to Trump and influence in the election, in which case I see Trump resigning, with a full pardon immediately issued by Pence.

He doesn't even need to find Russian money laundering. Mueller is even more likely to find massive felony tax fraud. I think we are going to find out if a sitting president can be indicted or not.

agreed. Trump is an admitted crook - he has admitted multiple crimes and paid fines.

part of the irony of what's about to happen is that the feds will now get a look at the crookery in the NY real estate business, and all of the people Trump desperately wants to like him in NYC will now hate him with a passion.

Turnip has always wanted to be accepted by the manhattan elite so there is some nice drama in how he may bring some of them down with him.

We shouldn't need to ask this question. Normally, out nation would rally behind the president.

The problem is that the Trump administration has not given a clear answer. We don't know what US policy and strategy actually is. The lack of a clear policy has made this situation infinitely more dangerous.

Could someone please tell trump not to bluff when we're talking about nuclear war? Please? Bluffs are not appropriate when talking about instant deaths of millions of people. They get you killed. I can't believe this clown is in charge of diplomacy. This isn't funny - you idiot trumpers put a mentally challenged narcissist in charge of keeping the world in order. idiots.

You know how both our county's greatest concern was a nuclear weapon falling in the hands of a unstable tin horn dictator who might use it just to prove his questionable manhood. Donald don't be that guy! No one is more macho than me, and I don't say that nonsense.
