You're acting immature & pretentious. It's not CP saying that Russia has a secret EMP weapon - it's the expert he interviewed on that video! If you would have watched the interview he did with the late Dr Peter Vincent Pry, then you wouldn't have made such foolish & immature remarks.
Dr. Pry is a nuclear weapons & EMP expert who previously worked with the CIA. He was the executive director of Task Force on National & Homeland Security. He also advised Congress on Russia's strategic & tactical nuclear arsenal & capabilities:
According to Dr Pry, Russia possesses special EMP weapons that emits far more gamma rays than a normal nuclear weapon. The "Compton Effect" is much greater than a conventional nuclear weapon. He says the U.S. doesn't have anything like this.
And Russia has some very good hypersonic missiles greater than what the U.S. has. Do yourself a favor & conduct some research on the Avangard HGV missile which can carry a 2 mt nuclear warhead & travel at Mach 20! The 3M22 Tsirkon missile can carry up to a 200 kt warhead are not only land-based launched but SLBM as well.
Russia is a nuclear superpower that could wipe out Ukraine & the NATO forces in Europe at a push of the button. The U.S. & NATO must be careful not to escalate this to the point where Russia responds with nuclear & EMP weapons.
Next time, it would benefit you more to watch who CP is interviewing. You can evaluate the information & the credentials of the expert, and then discuss this logically, maturely & respectfully.

You really need to ask yourself, "What kind of expert gets interviewed by Canadian Prepper instead of by real journalists?" In any case, this is just a variation on "Surrender now, because Russia is backed by nuclear weapons!!!" Yeah, we got that memo a while ago and we're not impressed.
Meanwhile, practically unequipped Russian men are lying in foxholes, barely able to react in their hypothermic stupor, even as artillery falls on them. Lying there uncaring as they die for absolutely nothing. Winter is just getting started and bodies have been piling up around Bakhmut for months already. You really need to reconsider what side you're supporting. If you have a personal stake in this, you'd better have a good escape plan before your number comes up.

Why would it matter if CP interviews Dr Pry as opposed to your "real journalists?" Like I said, you evaluate the expert & content of the information - who cares who does the interview (CP, who has 885k subscribers, conducts extensive research into Russia's nuclear arsenal).
Concerning Pry: Did you look at the link I provided ref his credentials & background? In addition to his work with the CIA & advisory to Congress, he was the Director of the U.S. Nuclear Strategy Forum & also served on the Congressional EMP commission (I think you should really watch the video & learn a thing or two about EMP weapons).

Based on Russia’s efforts so far in this war, if they fired all 5,977 of their nuclear warheads at Ukraine, roughly 60 would land in Russia. So, that’s one reason why Russia is not going to go full-on nuclear. The second reason is that the US could still turn Russia into a heaping pile of glass if needed.
They’re not going to use a tactical nuke, because doing so risks NATO actually getting involved (e.g., proving longer range weapons, troops either on the ground or air, etc…)
I agree the two sides need to come to the table and negotiate. Russia leaves to pre-2014 borders, pays appropriate reparations, and turns over the thousands of war criminals in the Russian military and government and Ukraine will generously stop killing Russian mobiks and blowing up Russian tanks). So I went to report someone for name calling to see what would happen and found the possible reasons for deleting a comment.
Turns out "multiple reports" is not even a reason.

RU keeps saying it is about to start an offensive but it's been days now. In the cold and mud. with more and more sophisticated weapons coming in. I'm starting to believe. Not there yet, because no one can know, but the odds are changing every day toward UKR.

Russia is systematically dismantling the Ukrainian military's eastern forces, is what it keeps saying. Most of the remainder are surrounded within cities, unable to engage because the moment they show themselves they are pinpointed by drones and blasted with artillery.
