Not a good location. The Broad street area is congested making it difficult to both drive and skateboard in the area. It's simple too dangerous. Maybe a solo run at 04:00 when the roads are deserted might be doable, but definitely not during the daytime.

The whole Jill Greathouse thing and the whole Brian Lawlor thing have both been just so baffling to me. The running community's always had its share of weirdos, odd ducks, serial liars, and cheaters, from Gerry Lindgren, to Rosie Ruiz, to Kip Litton, Mike Rossi and A*ex V*ada. But in all those cases there was at least something discernibly human, something comprehensible hidden behind all the weirdness. But the unrelenting, narcissistic madness of Brian Lawlor and the sheer bizarreness of the Bob Bodkin/Austin Sedicum/Jill Greathouse saga just defy any explanation that I've been able to come up with.
Agree 110%
Gerry Lindgren was a great runner who couldn't resist embellishing with some tall tales.
Rosie Ruiz was a nut who entered marathons to please her boss, badly miscalculated her cheating, and wouldn't come clean.
Kip Litton wanted "fame" as a sub-3 50-stater and cheated more blatantly as it became clearer that it was out of his reach.
Rossi just wanted to run Boston and then boast about it and cheating to qualify was just a means to the end.
A_ V__ is an old-school BSer who wanted notoriety and money for his business as a hybrid athlete/coach and ignorantly made up outrageous times.
But 30 yr old average looking white guy Lawlor claims to be world class or the world record holder (9 sec 100m) in a wide range of events and boasts of being in meets and races that anyone can look up and see he didn't do. Madness.
And the Jill Greathouse episode still has no rational explanation and becomes more irrational the farther they take it.

I'm gonna head out on Monkey Run and do a bar crawl at Johnny O's, Dino's, Pixel, Dunbar's and close the night at the Chapter House if anyone wants to join.

I just meant he was a weird guy who made a lot of stuff up...
I remember people in this thread saying they would rally if this whole thing turned out to be a sham.
So, why aren't we asking questions and posting things on their page? I say that would be fair. Until they give us answers we shouldn't just give up.
Has anyone else emailed Dr. Sedicum? Email his work - contact him on his foot doctor website. DO WHATEVER YOU CAN
Ahahah 'family emergency' - classic play from the liars' handbook. Elicit sympathy to try to discourage everyone from further investigation. Who would dare continue to ask questions of the poor lass now! Heavens! She's distraught! You monsters!
kid looks okay as of yesterday
is that the face of the future/current american road record holder?

I'm blocked from posting on the Quakertown Rotary page. (or everyone is blocked. Not sure which)
Seriously, I'm not too keen on a couple of conmen knowing my name and email address.

Yep, he's made a miraculous recovery and yep that's the infamous Jill.
She still has until June 26 to qualify for the Olympic Trials in the 5000 or 10000. She needs a 15:25 or a 32:25, which should be a walk in the park for her.
I already know the response. "Olympic Trials? No thanks. I've never been interested in making an Olympic team. Not my thing. I just like breaking American Records while on training runs by myself."
