When will you people who follow this thread learn?! Most of the time, the opening and closing and the gathering of the 30 or 50 or 100 applications has nothing to do with who will get the job. Most of the time it has already been decided, offered, and sealed(i.e. an agreement has been reached as to when it will be announced.) That is how it works. You need to BE in, to GET in or move on to a better opportunity.
