I've never seen form like that from a high school kid. No matter what race she runs it just looks like she's full on sprinting.
Watching her race high school kids makes her form even more noticeable because it makes even elite runners look like novices.

Not to turn this into a Katelyn Tuohy thread, but her form is not ideal. She has a fast turnover but she’s muscling her way through it a little too much instead of getting any natural spring in her stride. It’s affecting her top speed ability.

Bekele runs with power and bounce but I dont think his form can be called relaxed. Compare Lagat to Bekele from this 2007 race.
To me, Lagat is the smoother runner. Not better or faster. Just smoother.
