More importantly, I'd like to know who decided that a 4-year ban was appropriate for Salazar. Was it the arbitration panel or USADA? And what was their rationale for it?
Seems pretty harsh to me, when you consider that athletes who have actually doped have received shorter suspensions.

But the MOST interesting snippet is at 18:20 - she discusses going to the Prefontaine Classic in 2011 and watches "one of her teammates" perform and "did not believe what she saw". When she talked to Adam (her husband) about it he asked if she thought they were cheating and she said "yes". [note: she does not mention any name(s)]
So I looked up the 2011 Pre results - maybe I'm missing something but I only see ONE performance by a NOP athlete that really stands out given that athlete's previous performance history at that point in time. You be the judge:

I keep seeing people post this link between CU runners and Brown. "much of the team" . that is laughable. As a runner for CU during that time period, I didn't know a single person with this connection. Where is this coming from? We had a few CU sports med docs who worked with all the teams whose solution to everything was to stop running. lol

Oh yea if Adam said so it must be true... Seriously how sad a world do we live in?!?! Someone can just throw out wild accusations without zero proof and it is taken as "evidence". This bitter woman is destroying peoples lives. Shame on you Kara. Maybe it was hard for her to see that she never got as close to Alberto as she wanted to ("inner circle"). And then this new super talented athlete comes along who all of a sudden gets more attention than her. Let's face it Kara has done exceptionally well runningwise for someone with probably mediocre talent.
Alberto is done - shamed for life as are his "project" piglets (Galen, Mo, Centro). Only way to help the sport now would be for Alberto to CONFESS it all and help clean up the mess Nike has facilitated.
I guess you weren't in the inner circle, just as Kara was not in the NOP inner circle.
