One law enforcement source tells TMZ at least one of the brothers turned over his phone and there is a call between him and Jussie in the vicinity of the "attack," but before it happened.
CNN is reporting the brothers purchased what looks like the rope Jussie had around his neck at a Chicago Ace Hardware store. CNN is also citing law enforcement sources saying Jussie paid the brothers to orchestrate the phony assault.

+1 for Jussie. Risking prison is not easy, but hopefully this will lead to us overcome the hate that infests USA since late 2016. We can all gather in the movement together for continue the fight.
The first time I heard about it I thought, really? That really happened? But I wasn't 100% sure and still got mad like most people. How did I know it was untrue? I think it's because over the years I have experienced so much that I can yell a false narrative from truth even if I don't see it and it's outside my scope of expertise.
Well, at least the hoax didn't spark riots or violence in #Jussie's name.
Hoaxes are like 10x more likely than reality in USA today.
