If another athlete were to have a similar positive test with results so low that they do not garner suspensions would the USADA even disclose them. I suspect that this type of result happens regularly and the athlete is questioned and consulted but not suspended. The only reason we are hearing about this is because the result coincided with a record breaking performance.
If similar results are not punishment worthy offenses what benefit would there be in making it public?

Obviously, you are right: The USADA website doesn't tell the whole story. But Wilson would have to have had a lot of unlisted tests to get from two tests in 2016 to tested "quite often." Even if the USADA only lists a quarter of her tests, that would mean she was tested 8x in 2016. That's once every six and a half weeks. Is that "quite often"?

The level of ignorance and knee jerk reactions on this thread are depressing. To me, it's emblematic of what's wrong with our society.
We have a population incapable of examining an issue based on facts, then arriving at a rational conclusion.
I don't know if Ajee cheated or not. I fault USADA for not providing more details so that we could examine the data and determine if the judgement was reasonable. I certainly don't accept their judgement at face value.
But to me, in absence of those facts, we shouldn't exonerate nor condemn Ajee. And, we certainly shouldn't equate this to Russian doping. To do so reveals a profound ignorance of what the Russians were (are?) doing.
