Sorry, but now that IGC is a 4:02 miler he can beat Jamie Norton, a 4:06 miler, who can run the mile in 4:06. This is due to 4 minutes and 2 seconds, what IGC can run for one mile, being approximately 4 seconds faster than 4 minutes and 6 seconds, the time it takes Jamie Norton, a 4:06 miler, to run one mile.

I did not find this convincing, since Jamie Norton is the fastest person my son knows and my son goes to Tufts. I would like to see Mr. Garcia run the way my son has described Jamie Norton running, which is to say, rather impressive. It takes something extra special to pull off what Jamie Norton does, which is run faster than anyone else my son knows. I hear he runs the mile in 4:08.

What do you think the max number of entrants should be in one heat of an outdoor 5k?

The Willy Boys go home DEVASTATED at DIII’s. Not only did they lose to the Beaver Boys but they got absolutely CUCKOLDED by the Jumbo Lads AND Master Baters. Oh how the mighty have fallen. The Jumbo Lads didn’t even have Tickles OR Grumpy Boy and they still managed to LAY a FAT ONE on Williams. I’ve got a fat one in my pants just thinking about the Willy Boys’ CRUSHING DEFEAT.

The Beaver Boys lack the charisma, dynamism, raw talent, and sex appeal of the Genny Boys, but when they submit to the will of their Dark Emperor and toil, they ACHIEVE GREAT THINGS. I shudder thinking of the ENGINEERING it took to break the will of those poor boys, to bring about a mental state which COMPELS them to run.

The Genny Boys represent an orgy of natural finesse, flawless physique, infinite charisma, and purity of spirit that defines all that is good on this green Earth. IGC is the Second Coming. Mine is the Third.

If IGC wets my loins, the Beaver Boys send a cold shudder up my taint.

Via word of mouth it has come to my attention that cheese-knees only won the 5k due to him getting a 2-lap head start. The make-a-wish foundation has really been going out their way to ensure that the disabled get to have their moments.

Well I think that at this point we all know a certain someone here thinks IGC is pretty hot. Some might even say that this person thinks IGC is their "flame and muse" .

Carly Muscaro (Merrimack Senior) ran the second leg in 51

Alex Nichols - 43.02 (NEW WR!) and I honestly think he walked it in after securing a second place finish.

URI really needed that one, its just about all they have going for them. Colby goes home DEVASTED after splitting every leg slower than our female superstar, Carly Muscaro. Pretty sure IGC has run a mile faster than Colby can run a 4x4, would love to see the two go head to head.

Any predictions for the NESCAC competitors heading to NCAAs?

Tim 2nd or 3rd in the 10k, squeezes into an AA spot in the 5k.

Lukey Baby National Champ #3 for the NESCAC squad in the steeple.

Hale could get All American in the 5k.

Day 1 & Day 2 in the books...

Nichols takes a disappointing 4th in the 10k and Connors doesn't advance to finals. Scott Mason of Conn. College and Ben Torda of Bowdoin both get the job done in steeple prelims and advance.

Swenson of Tufts continues to run well and gets into tomorrow's 1500 final.

Midd 4x4 runs 3:13.16 and makes the finals.

Sogaard of Amherst once again proves he is the real deal and is the only 'CAC runner in tomorrow's 800m final.
