Someone, please link other results from this weekend.
Good opener from Bosworth but I'm more impressed by the freshmen Aschale and MacAlister

Not sure who Aschale is, but MacAlister is the new Tully. He's did like 1.5 PG years in HS. Don't think of him as a true frosh.
On the contrary, his PG years will serve him well at the academically challenging Trinity College
"academically challenging Trinity College" +1
Aschale is from Cambridge, MA. Ran 9:18 for 2 miles last year and 15:33 at Stanley Park.
That's insane, and he went d3!!!
They beat RPI and NYU, ranked in the 20s, in their first meet with I would assume just a few weeks of training and a bunch of freshmen just over 20. I would assume that they are going to improve markedly. The race was hot and humid, according to the story, slowing the times. They are coming off of a second place finish at nationals in xc last year (add the places of Williams men and women and you get the #3). They have some major losses but plenty of experience on this team. Pete'll get it down. However, the fact that they have no bios at all on their site makes it difficult to find out what kind of promise they have.
Thoughts on purple valley this weekend?
Will Geneseo clean-up?
Is Colby for real?
Will Williams rebound on their home course?
Will Amherst be back to full strength?
Sleepers? Dark horses? Individual picks?

You're wrong.
First of all, get his name right: McAlister.
Second, he did one PG year at NMH - (same school as Mohamed at Amherst.)
In fact, Ace only ran two high school cross country seasons - 2015 and 2016.
Got it? Good!
Does this mean that he isn't the new tully?

Definitely the new Tully.

-Yes
-Maybe
-Absolutely not
-God, I hope so

Teams:
1. Geneseo
2. MIT
3. Amherst
4. Williams
5. RPI
Individuals
1. Mo Hussein
2. Tim Nichols
3. Dennis Maloney
4. IGC
5. Paul Chelimo

Good call correcting my spelling on a message board, you sure got me! Doesn't matter how many years he ran, a fifth year is a fifth year. Again, that's five years in high school. "You never go full Tull(y)."
And not sure why you said "same school as Mohamed at Amherst," attempting to imply that he took a similar route. Not true. Plenty of people run 1, 2, or even 0 XC seasons and don't feel the need to take a PG year. Ever heard of Eric Jenkins?
Go Bantams!

OK.
Maybe some people take a different route than you. You ok with that?

Yes - a fifth year is a fifth year. It is not "1.5 PG years," as you wrote - which was the point. A fifth year can help many people feel prepared for college. Great option for some, maybe not for others.
Not implying a "similar route as Mohamed." Simply pointing out they went to the same school. Everyone has different routes, and I'm ok with that. Are you?
Yes. I've heard of Eric Jenkins.
Go everyone!
Hey all! Just wanted to say I'm excited to cheer on the Purple and White this weekend!! :)
Will Williams be streaming Purple Valley? I think they've streamed in the past...
