(in between got up to 202... yikes)

that's all upper-body strength though, from taking up triathlon and canoeing.

I graduated HS in 2005.

My college weight was around 135 at 5'11" or 6'

I'm currently that same height and 140-145 depending on how much I'm running/lifting.

High school graduation: 165 lbs, 5'10, pretty f*cking jacked for a distance guy (like Solinsky)

Now at age 33: 170 lbs, still 5'10, no longer jacked, kind of porky

The same now as I did then . . . only it was in lb then, and kg now.

I'm 180 now. I was the same when I graduated highschool. I've been up to a fat 220lbs.
