'Enhanced' photo usually means Photoshopping/manipulating an image. Someone who is really good with a tool like Photoshop could tweak the photo very quickly. It isn't hard to make something look closer than it really is, especially if you limit the image to a 'close' view.

The actual video is better for determining exactly what happened. You can look at in slo mo or regular speed and nothing changes. It was incidental. How a single close up 'enhanced' photo changes that is beyond me.

That's what the stop action photos are, the video in slow motion. Again, there is not just one photo, but a stream of them, and if you had actually looked at them then you would know the contact was NOT incidental.

With all the "oh the foul doesn't matter" sentiment from the GG group, I wouldn't be surprised if this maneuver was practiced and planned. The same group was openly planning to foul Mary Cain in the women's 1500m the next day, which went awry when they couldn't keep up with the pace.
