The Africans who never left the ancestral homeland, or have have only recently left (last few thousands years), have not evolved that much. Those that migrated from the continent 60-100K years ago have genetically diverged away from that original group. These 2 groups are still similar enough for them to mate (jungle fever), but this generally only occurs in communities where the more primitive partner has lots of cash (NFL, NBA and Entertainment Industry). How are you not implying that the first humans who made their home in Patagonia are the most intelligent, most advanced because they and their antecedents traveled the farthest over the widest variety of geography to arrive at where they ultimately made their home?
